- Communicating effectively with clients and internal collaborators through both written and verbal channels.
- Documenting notes, activities, and resolutions throughout the investigation.
- Prioritizing work based on severity and balancing client and business needs.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure that issues are addressed appropriately.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, or change management.
- Knowledge of SQL is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to work shifts, including the 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift, and provide on-call support.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities across regions.
- Problem-solving skills and experience in technical troubleshooting.
