Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with lead optimization managers to identify and quantify opportunities for improvement in guest experience and cost efficiency.
- Utilize mathematical modeling, simulation, and statistical approaches to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
- Partner with product, analytical, supply chain, and operations teams globally to drive key business outcomes such as ship expense reduction and improved network speed.
- Participate in pilot engagements to demonstrate business opportunities and ensure smooth transitions to standard processes.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BTech, MTech, or MS degree.
- Experience:
- 4+ years in retail or related domains.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with SQL, PySpark, and statistical tools like R or Python for building prototypes and solutions.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts like forecasting, planning, and optimization, preferably with experience in supply chain or ecommerce order fulfillment.
- Skills:
- Strong passion for empirical research and data-driven problem solving.
- Knowledge of statistics, data mining, and techniques for analyzing large datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
