Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in the Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in SQL queries, XML, and analytical software tools. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping and creating rules, analyzing data, and utilizing various data analysis methods and reporting techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize work effectively, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced Agile environment. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for building positive relationships across teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize expertise in SQL queries and programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in XML.
Develop and apply rules for data mapping.
Employ analytical software tools and techniques for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Previous experience in the Insurance domain is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL queries and programming languages.
Expertise in XML.
Experience with analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
Familiarity with data movement techniques, including relational databases and APIs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
