Responsibilities

  • Develop measurement and planning solutions for publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Lead end-to-end data science projects, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
  • Deploy and manage data pipelines and models in production settings.
  • Collaborate with teams to validate and optimize methodologies.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing research on methodology enhancements in audience measurement.
  • Provide continuous support, leveraging data exploration and evaluation techniques.
  • Address production code issues promptly and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Technical Skills

  • 0-3 years of experience in Python, Spark, and SQL.
  • Strong proficiency in Git and version control (e.g., Gitlab).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques.
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools like Spotfire/Tableau.

Business Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Suite tools (JIRA, Confluence).
