Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and other departments.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on solving data-related challenges and devising creative solutions.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder needs and the ability to meet their requirements efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Preparation: Gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring high data quality and accuracy for AI model training and evaluation.
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct EDA to understand data distributions, identify patterns, and extract insights that contribute to AI model development.
- Model Support and Enhancement: Assist in developing and optimizing machine learning models by providing data-driven insights and identifying areas for improvement.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and monitor key performance metrics.
- Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze trends and generate forecasts to support strategic decisions and identify emerging opportunities in AI.
- Data Integrity and Security: Maintain the integrity and security of data throughout its lifecycle, adhering to best practices and company policies.
- Documentation and Communication: Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings, and present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
