Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze industry, consumer, and competitive trends using internal and external data.
- Collaborate on market growth projects and identify strategic execution initiatives.
- Support mid-to-long-term programming strategy and portfolio planning.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams, including Finance & Strategy, Creative, and Business teams.
- Present financial and operational metrics in a digestible format to senior leaders.
- Perform post-mortem analyses to optimize and improve future strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, including Product, Marketing, and Consumer Insights.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds, with preference for experience in media, entertainment, gaming, or tech.
- Ability to handle complex analytics and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong Excel skills are mandatory, with knowledge of Tableau and SQL as a plus.
- Experience in high-expectation environments, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about problem-solving, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and proficiency in presenting analytical findings.
- A master’s degree with a quantitative focus is required, and an MBA is considered an advantage.
