Job Description:
Are you ready to join us as an Infrastructure Analyst? In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the operational health of our platform. You’ll be responsible for various aspects including service, risk, cost, and people. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Providing support to maintain the operational stability and technology performance of the platform.
- Supporting change demands from domains or centers of excellence while adhering to technical roadmaps.
- Contributing to the delivery of a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms.
- Participating in testing products and services to ensure they meet desired outcomes.
- Building relationships with stakeholders across platforms and domains.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations, particularly SOX.
Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you’ll need exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. You should have a solid background in Agile or DevOps environments, with experience in continuous delivery and integration. Additionally, we’re looking for:
- Experience with Citrix technologies such as XenApp, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix Provisioning Service, Citrix App Layering, and ServiceNow.
- Previous experience in production support within the banking domain.
- Familiarity with Puppet is desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge across platforms, technology, products, and domains.
- Understanding of relevant industry-standard toolsets and processes to enhance customer service within an IT environment.
