Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to customers and colleagues in our contact centers by responding to queries and investigating issues.
  • Develop an understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational centers, providing coaching and support to increase efficiency and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, logging incidents, and identifying trends.
  • Review manual or ineffective processes for automation or enhancement.
  • Maintain a focus on improving customer service and experiences.

Skills Required:

  • Graduates from 2019 or earlier batches with no prior work experience and below the retirement age of 60.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.
  • Experience in analyzing and utilizing performance data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
