Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at NatWest Digital X, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our function. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and understand internal and external technology customer needs
- Analyze, refine, synthesize, translate, and document requirements in a clear format understandable by all stakeholders
- Support others in articulating ideas and requirements in formats such as use cases, user journeys, and user stories
- Identify and deliver systems, solutions, and features
- Produce business requirements to inform future state design
- Work across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements
Skills Required:
- Appropriate business analyst certification
- Experience working in the banking domain
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
