Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, you’ll:
- Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
- Develop and advance your technical skills.
- Work within a feature team to engineer software, scripts, and tools, liaising with engineers, architects, and business analysts.
- Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality, adding value to the business.
- Collaborate to optimize our software engineering capability.
- Design, produce, test, and implement working code across the lifecycle.
Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Background in software engineering, software design, architecture, with an understanding of how your expertise supports customers.
- Experience in core banking products such as Finnacle, Temonos T24, Flexcube, or Bancs. Avaloq certification or ACCP certification is advantageous.
- Experience with code repositories, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
- Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in customization and parameterization of Avaloq.
- Ability to solve highly complex, analytical, and numerical problems.
- Implementation of programming best practices, especially around scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
