Role Overview:
- Location: Hybrid – Bangalore
- Reports to: GM, New Products
- Responsibilities:
- Develop ROI models and analyze complex data
- Derive and present data-driven insights with visualizations
- Consolidate information into cohesive summaries for executive updates
- Track and analyze KPIs, identifying trends and key drivers
- Design and improve reporting tools, models, visualizations, and dashboards
- Standardize analytical methodologies for team efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and resolve data discrepancies
- Provide operational support and handle data pull requests
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, management consulting, or a quantitative role
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Google Analytics, Metabase)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using data
- Strong communication skills to translate data into clear stories and insights
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with SAAS metrics and B2B experience is a plus
- Previous startup experience is strongly preferred
