About the Team: The Cloud Platform Engineering group at Myntra is dedicated to designing, constructing, and managing platforms essential for securing, deploying, and scaling Myntra’s tech products. Our focus lies in ensuring that Myntra’s hosting remains agnostic to cloud vendors while emphasizing reliability and scalability. We have developed a suite of horizontal platforms and in-house tools for load testing, security, compliance, CI/CD, and observability. Our team is committed to contributing to open source projects and leveraging the best technologies available.

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer within the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team, your primary responsibility will be to automate and maintain cloud infrastructure provisioning, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will work extensively with open-source tools like Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc., and will be involved in designing and implementing deployments in Azure, managing Kubernetes clusters, and controlling WAF (Akamai). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the uptime and availability of Myntra’s production infrastructure in the cloud.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain central platform products to enhance Myntra’s security posture.
• Develop maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
• Architect technical solutions for Myntra’s developer community.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team throughout the entire SDLC.
• Adhere to coding standards, participate in code reviews, etc.
• Work within scrum sprint cycles and meet deadlines.
• Identify security gaps in software platforms and integrate them into requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in large-scale application development.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with distributed systems handling large amounts of data.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang, ReactJs.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Docker.
• Experience in platform-centric software development.
• Understanding of security protocols at Layers 3, 4, and 7.
• Experience in cloud security, preferably on Azure.
• Understanding of web technologies, NoSQL, and messaging systems.
