About the Team:
The Lingerie and Loungewear team at Myntra plays a pivotal role in the platform’s growth and the democratization of fashion, particularly in Women’s Ethnic wear. We are seeking an Associate who can contribute to our team dynamics and drive the growth of Lingerie and Loungewear.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales and profitability for sustainable growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners, positioning Myntra as the preferred destination for both customers and brands.
- Expand brand presence on the platform through continuous efforts in selection, cataloging, marketing, etc.
- Identify opportunities for growth by recognizing gaps in the portfolio and onboarding/developing potential brands.
- Manage on-app category visibility planning.
- Analyze data and reports from various sources to create and maintain consolidated reports.
- Ensure operational excellence by effectively handling day-to-day operational issues related to cataloging, pricing, merchandising, and discount monitoring.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market competition in the Ethnic wear profile.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Background in Fashion e-commerce or retail is preferred.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and forecasting.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrates complete end-to-end ownership of tasks.
