Position Overview

The Professional Services Procurement Analyst intern supports the Professional Services team within the Global Strategic Sourcing Department. This role is based in MSCI’s Monterrey Office and involves daily operational tasks related to Corporate Insurance and Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Insurance Operations:
    • Handle certificate requests, invoice processing, and general queries.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with the insurance broker.
    • Review and process invoices for payment.
    • Compile monthly accrual information and update the department’s budget quarterly.
    • Manage insurance claims and coordinate with the broker and insurers.
    • Update training materials, contact lists, and operation manuals.
  • Contingent Worker Lifecycle:
    • Support the lifecycle management for specific suppliers.
    • Create Task Orders and Purchase Orders for contingent workers.

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Studies related to Commerce, Business Administration, or similar corporate functions.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in Commerce, Business Administration, Vendor Management, Procurement, or similar corporate functions.

  • Fluent in Business English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organization skills, reliability, service orientation, and self-motivation.
