As a Business Analyst specializing in the Product Development Lifecycle, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the full potential of Teamcenter and Polarion products to drive value creation and optimize our product development processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion the adoption of PLM and ALM solutions.

What You Will Do
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the product development lifecycle, including requirements management, design collaboration, and release management.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing processes and workflows, leveraging your deep understanding of all features and capabilities in Teamcenter and Polarion.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to configure, customize, and integrate Teamcenter and Polarion products to meet business needs and enhance productivity throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Teamcenter and Polarion products, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on how best to utilize these tools to optimize processes and achieve business objectives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or engineering environment, with a focus on PLM and ALM solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of all features and capabilities in Teamcenter and Polarion products.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is desirable.
- Experience with product development processes, requirements management, and design collaboration tools would be a plus.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully addressing complex technical challenges.
