Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Contribution: Offer technical input and solution offerings by understanding business requirements.
Customer Requirements: Define and address customer/partner requirements and constraints with guidance.
Intellectual Property: Develop and apply knowledge of intellectual property to complete project tasks, and communicate any gaps.
Adoption Opportunities: Identify and promote opportunities for the adoption and use of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
Customer Relationships: Understand and contribute to drivers of customer, partner, and stakeholder satisfaction.
