ByPosition: Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead software design and development, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Component Definition: Define new components with an understanding of service interdependencies and limitations.
- Prototyping: Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for iterative development.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with product development and engineering teams.
- Mentoring: Actively mentor junior team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay curious about performance, scalability, and enterprise system architecture.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other security screenings.
Preferred:
- Solid CS fundamentals and exceptional coding skills.
- Good communication and cross-group collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems.
