Role Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, your primary focus will be enhancing reporting tools, methods, and processes within your designated team. You’ll be responsible for generating and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics crucial for business tracking and management. Additionally, you’ll handle multiple requests concurrently, strategically prioritizing them as needed. Engaging with internal stakeholders, you’ll strive to surpass customer service levels and transport-related KPIs, brainstorming scalable solutions to complex problems and overseeing projects within your domain. Upholding excellent user relationships while advocating for their needs, you’ll balance these with your team’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms to optimize demand and supply data.
- Conduct analysis and devise solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Provide insights to management for strategic planning.
- Analyze metrics and key indicators to identify root causes of process defects.
- Support business development by designing efficient solutions.
- Optimize resource utilization and implement cost reduction opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (Python is a plus).
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
