The Associate Business Manager/Ad Sales Manager role at Meesho focuses on supporting advertisers to achieve their advertising goals, thereby increasing advertising revenue from suppliers. The team strategizes to generate demand based on platform supply, manages large accounts, and customizes campaigns to enhance supplier success and advertising spend on the platform.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to drive Ads monetisation at Meesho. As a pivotal role in our monetisation strategy, you will lead efforts to enhance ad offerings, improve targeting capabilities, and optimize shopper engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Ad Revenue: Manage revenue generation from designated key sellers.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of Account Managers to foster advertiser growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day ad operations, streamline processes, and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop new advertising solutions and optimize existing workflows to drive long-term advertiser success.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze revenue trends and devise strategies to maximize ad adoption and spend.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Analyst, Support, and Seller Onboarding teams on various projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
  • Exposure to e-commerce, sales, and advertising industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Previous experience in account management or similar roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
