Are you excited about driving 10X to 100X growth? If yes, you could be the next Manager – Web for our team. We are the Acquisition & Activation team within Meesho’s Growth unit, focusing on attracting and retaining new users. Our main goal is to boost downloads and activations (first orders) on Meesho, marking the success of our solutions.
Our team plays a crucial role in maintaining Meesho’s high ranking on the Google India Play Store. We are a collaborative group of specialists and generalists working with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Tech teams to drive structured growth through marketing channels and converting users both on and off the app.
About The Role
As the Manager for the acquisition charter, you’ll focus on driving new user acquisition for Meesho and managing the Meesho website. Your responsibilities will include identifying and strategizing the next set of growth levers to exponentially grow the web channel. You’ll lead precision projects to enhance performance campaigns, optimize keyword ranking, and oversee data to ensure performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy: Identify and strategize business and product levers to boost organic keyword rankings on Google Search.
- Performance Campaigns: Experiment with and scale campaigns to increase website traffic.
- Drive Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams and Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Performance Management: Identify and resolve issues impacting website traffic and user quality.
- Data-Driven Approach: Work closely with the Analytics team across problem discovery, solutioning, execution, and measurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or MBA degree from a top college (MBA preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in SEO & SEM at a high-growth startup.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- Proven ability to take high ownership and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and tackling challenging problems.
