About the Team
Joining Meesho’s Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team as a Cluster Head LM will place you at the forefront of our rapidly expanding enterprise. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the experience of India’s next billion e-commerce users. Our team consists of over 100 professionals with diverse skills, including operations, supply chain management, analytics, and problem-solving.
Meesho is on a mission to take e-commerce to the masses, requiring us to reimagine logistics to meet our customers’ price and delivery expectations. This involves numerous “zero-to-one” projects aimed at revolutionizing the supply chain not just in India, but globally.

About the Role
As Cluster Head LM, you will be responsible for onboarding and training partners and managing operations for the entire cluster. You will drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting facilities in different cities within your area. You will take complete ownership of processes and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve team goals. Additionally, you will work to identify gaps and provide recommendations to improve our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new partners for Last Mile operations.
- Continuously identify and onboard new partners to the network.
- Track and manage the performance of different partners in your cluster.
- Conduct facility audits and address operational gaps.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes.
- Drive and achieve key operational metrics end-to-end.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Last Mile operations.
- Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile and sorting operations.
- Experience working in Patna or other areas of Bihar in a similar capacity is a plus.
- Experience in control tower and field operations is also advantageous.
