About the Role: As an Associate Program Manager in the Business Strategy Pod, you will lead key central projects with high business impact. You’ll develop strategies, identify new opportunities, manage programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your role involves presenting findings to senior leaders and driving data-backed innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Program Management:
- Identify key business problems and provide insights.
- Drive end-to-end problem-solving and execution.
- Define goals, track performance, and manage execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve targets.
- Problem Solving & Analysis:
- Conduct root cause analysis for business metrics.
- Perform data analysis and synthesize findings.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Advocate insights to drive outcomes.
- Update leadership on business performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for reviews.
Requirements:
- MBA/B.Tech from premier institutes.
- 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced startups or consulting.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven track record of delivering results and quick career progression.
