About the Role
As an HRBP, you will help drive the HRBP OKRs. You will work closely with the Non Tech HRBP team to enable the hiring of top-tier talent, reduce attrition through structured and individual actions, ensure motivation and up-skilling of talent, and maintain productivity and business continuity in case of unforeseen changes in talent.
What You Will Do
- Play a key role in setting up the right talent brand and culture for Meesho while working with senior leaders.
- Coach leaders and first-line managers on culture setting, performance discussions, and team development.
- Drive POD ways of working within Meesho.
- Work on special projects across HR, Tech, Analytics, and Meesho to strengthen employee experience, manager capability, and talent density.
What You Will Need
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech organization, product startup, or a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ‘first principles’ thinking.
- Ability to create structures and strong processes.
- Good analytical and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at Lightspeed.
