MEESHO IS HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER – F&E (STRATEGY & OPERATIONS)

You’ll have the chance to work on improving supplier and user experience metrics, driving improvements in NPS, and owning key parts of experience improvement for various marketplace participants. Your role will involve influencing product development choices using data and insights, managing program adherence with operations teams, and engaging with Meesho Leadership for problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years, preferably from premium colleges.
  • Preferred Background: Fulfillment, 3PL Logistics, Supply chain, Operations, or high growth tech startups.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, solid project management skills, and basic SQL experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design programs to improve supplier and user experience metrics.
  • Drive program adherence with operations teams.
  • Engage with leadership for problem-solving.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
