About the Role
This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in consumer and marketing research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. As an intern, you will collaborate with our insights team and research agencies, supporting various research initiatives and contributing to the development of actionable insights that drive business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Work closely with research agencies to ensure timely reports and data delivery, and address any issues that arise.
- Data Analysis: Analyze both internal and market data to create comprehensive analysis reports.
- Insight Development: Extract strong, clear, actionable findings from research studies.
- Collaboration: Work horizontally across functions, providing insights and support as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage in conversations with stakeholders to listen, process, and contribute meaningfully.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in market research agencies and/or early brand-side roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in consumer research, market research, and business analysis.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of research projects and techniques, including quantitative research methods like Brand Health Tracker.
- Familiarity with qualitative research is a plus.
- Acumen for managing multiple projects with minimal errors and handling large datasets.
