About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager in Analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing customer data, sales metrics, and CRM system data from various sources. Using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and others, you will transform raw data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with business users and cross-functional teams to understand and document analytical requirements, perform root cause analysis, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze customer data, sales metrics, and CRM data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop interactive reports using tools like Power BI and Excel to visualize key business metrics and trends.
  • Insights and Communication: Identify patterns and trends in data, communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive analytical projects.
  • Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis to understand factors influencing business performance and recommend solutions.
  • Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques and data modeling to uncover correlations and trends within large datasets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 – 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst focusing on data analysis and visualization, preferably in marketing or consumer-focused databases.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and relational databases; familiarity with R or Python.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data and analysis effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or understanding of data engineering principles and technologies.
  • Previous experience in an E-commerce or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
