ByJob Title: Risk Advisory Data Analytics Analyst
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai
Overview:
The role entails driving and supporting business change activities necessary to reinforce the Data Analyst simplification agenda. Focused on aligning and streamlining internal audit processes to enhance business value, KPMG aims for significant and continuous change across all operational sectors to support business growth. This role is delivery-oriented and will lead audit-driven business change within a program or project framework.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in Data Analytics activities utilizing languages such as Python, SQL.
- Utilize advanced Excel and Tabular skills.
- Work with BI tools and perform data handling activities.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Act as an individual contributor in client data handling projects.
- Possess a strong command of Data Analytics, including:
- Python
- Power BI
- Alteryx
- SQL
Soft Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrate high delivery impact in data handling activities.
- Possess process knowledge of business functions.
- Understand Data Analytics approaches.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels.
- Capable of producing high-quality deliverables and activities.
- Resilient and adept at managing challenges across different sectors.
- Results/outcomes-oriented approach to work.
- Confident in working in various work environments.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BTech, BCA, or any computer science field with 1-3 years of Data Analyst experience.
- Certifications in Data Science are preferred.
Selection Process:
- 2 rounds of technical interviews followed by a meeting with the business head.
