Job Title: Analyst – Background Verification

Role & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the background verification process
- Document collection, review, and updating in various tools
- Initiation of the background verification process
- Communication with the background verification vendor for report issuance
- Analysis of the background verification report and taking necessary actions for case closure
- Communication with stakeholders based on the findings in the background verification report
- Communication with candidates for document submission
- Maintaining data for routine MIS reports and handling ad hoc report requests as required
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in document management and background verification process
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in MIS management
- Ability to manage high volumes of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong executive presence with good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Residing in Delhi/NCR
- Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed institute
- 0-2 years of experience
