About the Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Kapture, you will work on projects that leverage cutting-edge machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems. You will collaborate with a team of Machine Learning Engineers to integrate, develop, and evaluate various machine learning algorithms that enhance Kapture’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

Integrate, develop, and evaluate various language, vision models, and algorithms for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate machine learning solutions into Kapture CX’s product offerings.
Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate machine learning features being developed or already implemented.
Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Communicate findings and results to team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in machine learning or a related field.
Strong experience in Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and other EDA tools.
Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Huggingface Transformers, or others.
Proven experience with ChatGPT APIs, Gemini APIs, LangChain, or Lamma Index.
Proven experience in fine-tuning and deploying Language Models.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (required), C++ (optional), or Java (optional).
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Significant experience in Machine Learning Projects with over 1 year of experience.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Advanced knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
