Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and deliver the reporting strategy.
- Manage data-driven projects, including data operations, business requirement analysis, definition, assessment, development, and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for research reporting enhancement requests.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables.
- Document project deliverables, including process flows and training guides.
- Evaluate existing reporting solutions, data models, controls, and data flow/mapping to embed best practices and drive continuous improvements.
- Develop and produce performance and management reports using QlikSense, Business Objects, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, B.E (or equivalent) with a financial or analytical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Qlik Sense and data analysis in the financial services industry or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with various stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes in a delivery-focused environment.
- Team player with commitment, dedication, and a positive attitude towards time-sensitive initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, performance systems, and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and Microsoft Office.
