Job Description
Team Overview: The EMEA Client Operations team supports the International Private Bank through client lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reporting for internal stakeholders
- Prepare data for senior management presentations
- Develop data-led workflow and process solutions
- Conduct data analysis, synthesis, and presentation
- Support strategic transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services and data analysis
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience with data analysis and MI tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Qliksense)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Risk and controls mindset
