About the Role:

We are seeking specialists for our Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, you’ll be responsible for resolving customer issues and continually seeking innovative ways to enhance their experience. Your role involves providing support to expedite issue resolution, identifying patterns to optimize support systems, and recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Address basic PhonePe account and transaction-related queries
  • Utilize both phone and data channels effectively
  • Adhere to specified process guidelines for issue resolution
  • Build trust with customers through interactions
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity targets
  • Utilize internal processes and resources for issue resolution
  • Escalate issues as necessary and collaborate with relevant teams
  • Recommend process enhancements
  • Educate customers on leveraging PhonePe effectively

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong learnability and adaptability
  • Active listening skills and ability to handle objections
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to different scenarios
  • Team player open to feedback
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; multilingual skills in South Indian languages preferred
  • Graduation (10+2+3) mandatory
  • 0-2 years of customer-facing work experience
