Mission:
Act as a strategic collaborator for the measurement organization, contributing towards the establishment of a new measurement system for MCC. Utilize intricate data to derive actionable insights aimed at enhancing outcomes. Empower Geo, Business Unit & Campaign leaders by providing clarity on performance metrics and identifying gaps through a comprehensive reporting system. Establish networks and platforms to standardize and disseminate the value of MCC.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a growth mindset and embrace agility, continuously striving for innovation and optimization.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with effective communication skills.
  • Engage as an independent professional, adept at articulating and contrasting alternative approaches.
  • Possess knowledge of marketing technology stacks, data systems, and digital analytics (preferred).
  • Technical proficiency to work with complex datasets and relational databases, utilizing SQL/Python/R or similar query tools for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, or others, to facilitate flexible analysis of business performance and root cause identification.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and a curiosity-driven approach towards addressing open-ended problems through data analysis.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by developing data-driven business recommendations.
  • Showcase multitasking abilities and prioritize tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in statistics and other data science techniques is advantageous.
