Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and requirement analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Propose process enhancements to elevate test quality and efficiency.
- Lead test analysis, planning, and execution phases adhering to Group Standards.
- Collaborate on test planning documents and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Manage delivery of QA workstreams, ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget.
- Cultivate strong relationships with global IT and business stakeholders.
- Champion Agile project management methodologies and tools for streamlined operations.
Requirements:
- Possess over 15 years of QA experience, demonstrating expertise in test planning and strategy development.
- Proficient in reviewing test coverage, plans, and results for functional and non-functional testing.
- Familiarity with ALM, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Loadrunner, and automation frameworks (Java-Selenium, TOSCA).
- Knowledgeable about chaos engineering principles and post-development support practices.
