We’re on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team in Pune as a Senior Lead Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will spearhead risk delivery initiatives, particularly focusing on the Real Time Payments program. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Risk Delivery Leadership: Oversee the implementation and execution of the Real Time Payments program. Act as a Technical Delivery Lead for the Real Time Payment Platform, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with diverse teams including business leaders, product owners, and technology experts to align project objectives with organizational goals. Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution.
3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential vulnerabilities and develop robust mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and adjust plans as necessary.
4. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and technology partners to integrate payment solutions seamlessly. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where applicable.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in payment technology. Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements, automation, and innovation in Risk and Control. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the payments domain.

Requirements:

• Experience in large-scale integration, preferably as a Delivery Lead.
• Proficiency in building resilient, scalable, and secure architectures, especially in Instant Payments adoption with stringent SLAs.
• Proven track record in decision-making for different solutions and shaping delivery outcomes.
• Familiarity with Payments Sanctions, Payments Accounting, Fees, and Billing is desirable.
• Additional Skills: Domain knowledge of Payments processing, Design and Build Mule/Z Connect based System API (SAPI’s).
