Job Description:
As a Technical Solution Consultant at HPE Hybrid Cloud, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and shaping the technology landscape. Working closely with customers, you will deliver seamless solutions that redefine their IT capabilities, particularly through our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. If you are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and driving business outcomes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems, providing effective solutions.
- Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to internal teams.
- Provide enterprise-level assistance to customers, leveraging IT operations platforms.
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, or chat, delivering clear instructions and technical guidance.
- Build trust with customers by delivering accurate and timely solutions.
- Document technical knowledge and maintain issue logs and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
- Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or similar is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with infrastructure domains such as servers, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical guidance, both written and verbal.
