Position Details
As a Digital Operations Engineer, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive operations support for Cytiva’s digital technologies, including new initiatives and lifecycle management. This role is part of the Global Digital Technology Operations, Equipment Services team, and is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Operations Support: Manage biopharma 4.0/5.0 digital technologies such as OptiRun Connect (IoT), OptiRun Assist, Cytiva VR, Anipart, AI, AR/MR, and service workflow automation.
- Lifecycle Management: Handle installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, security patching, and decommissioning of digital technologies.
- User Management and Training: Provide user management, conduct user training, and create technical and process documentation.
- Project Management: Support project management and new product introductions for digital initiatives.
- Edge Devices Maintenance: Monitor and maintain OptiRun Connect edge devices.
- Operational KPIs: Maintain monthly KPIs and bowlers, fostering the Danaher Business System (DBS) culture for continuous improvement and growth.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in testing/supporting biopharma 4.0/5.0 technologies.
- Skills: Expertise in IT/Networking and firewall troubleshooting, proficient business communication, and ability to work independently.
- Process Understanding: Knowledge of operational bowlers, KPIs, new process implementation, and process improvements.
- Digital Technologies: Familiarity with digital technologies in the service/biotechnology industry.
- Service Applications: Working knowledge of service CRM (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceMax), Product Data Management (e.g., Anipart, Magic), and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading people, projects, training, or workshops.
- Cloud Management: Knowledge of cloud server management (AWS/Azure), security patch deployment, and management.
- DevOps Experience: Familiarity with DevOps environments, including knowledge of Docker and containers.
- Certifications: CCNA certification.
