Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Network Engineers/Network Security Engineers to join our team at Capgemini in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for resolving network issues for our enterprise customers at our Technical Assistance Centre.
Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in AAA technologies including Cisco ACS/ISE/AAA (RAdius/tacacs), BYOD, and strong understanding of Cisco security.
- VPN skills including IPsec LAN-to-LAN (IOS/ASA), SSL VPN (Client/Clientless), Easy VPN (IOS/ASA), CA (PKI), Remote Access VPN (IOS/ASA), XAuth, Split-Tunnel, NAT-T.
- Collaboration experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Unity Connection, Cisco Call Manager Express & Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express, Cisco IP Phones and Unified Clients, and Cisco Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers.
- Data center expertise with demonstrated competency in Nexus, Switching/Routing, Access List, VLAN, Basic MPLS, VTP/STP, HSRP, and knowledge of Cisco Data Centre Product Line Nexus Products (N9K, N7K, N6K, N5K, N3K, N2K).
Secondary Skills:
- Experience in handling international customers preferred.
- Technical troubleshooting experience.
- Basic networking skills.
- Availability to work in 24*7 Support.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Education: BE/BTech/MTech/MCA or equivalent 4-year graduation (Person should have completed 15 years of full-time education).
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP certifications are an added advantage.

- Shift: 24*7 (US Shift)
- Notice Period: 0-60 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues for enterprise customers in the US/CAN region.
- Engage effectively with customers (written & verbal) to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
