Role Description: As part of the Human Resources department, this role focuses on conducting online and classroom training programs for branch and vertical staff across various locations. The Sales Trainer will coordinate and facilitate programs, manage logistical requirements, ensure timely submission of reports, and contribute to content development for learning modules. They will also be responsible for tracking attendance, resolving queries, and maintaining records of training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs across different regions.
  • Plan and implement new programs as per emerging needs.
  • Manage central office-driven programs and supervise overall training activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and contribute to content development.
  • Track attendance and follow up with participants.
  • Provide monthly learning data and dashboards.
  • Handle queries from branches and audit departments.
  • Participate in data-tech projects and other assigned tasks.
  • Process invoices for training conducted in hotels within the stipulated timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or relevant field preferred.
