Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle master data operations tasks efficiently and contribute to documentation processes.
    • Assist with metrics, dashboards, and department tracking for improved operational efficiency.
    • Resolve minor process issues and support improvement projects for Master Data Operations tools.
    • Monitor and improve master data processes, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions.
  2. Trusted Business Partner:
    • Build strong internal relationships with sector partners.
    • Collaborate with external teams and provide practical guidance when necessary.
  3. Create Innovative Solutions:
    • Generate and implement process improvements that align with global standards.
    • Adopt new technologies and embrace rapid changes to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related business field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of professional experience.
    • Preferred experience in shared services within multinational corporations, master data management, and working with large ERP platforms.
    • Experience with data extraction, analysis, and automation tools.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, adaptability to new ideas and technologies, and the ability to focus on customer needs.
