Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Skill Set:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows system administration fundamentals.
- Understanding of distributed computing environments.
- Exposure to AWS, Virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor).
- Expertise in managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications.
- Experience setting up monitoring/alarming for production DB environments.
- Some exposure to NoSQL technologies like DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Risk.
- Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP protocols.
- Knowledge of security concepts/best practices including IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing Protocols, SSH, Network Monitoring/Troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with customer service experience/strong customer focus.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
