Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure first-level proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Regularly prioritize faults to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Handle emergencies and, when needed, coordinate with first-level operations to investigate the cause of faults.
- Address complaints and escalations raised by end-customer operations or customer care center.
- Analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions.
Education Requirement:
- BE in Electronics and Communication (E&C)
Experience Requirement:
- Fresher (no prior experience needed)
Skills & Competencies:
- Mandatory knowledge of the domain.
- Ensure the use of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
- Knowledge of technical support activities.
- Efficient task delegation and coordination.
