Job Description: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective business strategies in the IT industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business.
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing or in software marketing projects.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Above average writing skills.

Preferred Candidates:
Female candidates are preferred and should have a postgraduate degree in MBA – Sales and Marketing.
