Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of an Infoscion:

• Consulting and Diagnosis: Address customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative solutions to facilitate deployment and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to the proposal document by offering insights and expertise in solution design.
• Configuration and Support: Plan configuration activities, set up the product as per design, conduct pilots, and resolve queries related to requirements and design.
• Demonstrations and Workshops: Conduct solution/product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) workshops. Prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• Project Leadership: Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
