Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer issues, identifying problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Developing proposals, contributing to solution design, and assisting in proposal document creation.
- Planning configuration activities, conducting product configuration, organizing conference room pilots, and aiding in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
- Conducting solution/product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines.
- Leading small projects and participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of exclusive Workday integration/implementation experience.
- Excellent and proven Workday technical skills, including Web services/APIs.
- Extensive experience with Calculated fields in integrations and data migrations.
- Hands-on experience with various Workday Integration technologies such as Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF (minimum 2-3 years exclusive Workday experience required).
- Functional knowledge of at least 2 Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Payroll interface, Comp&Ben, Recruitment).
- Hands-on experience working with Workday Business objects/Data sources.
- Experience in creating Workday Reports/Dashboards.

- Workday Technical expertise.
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients.
- Knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration ability.
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
- Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
- Familiarity with one or two industry domains.
- Client interfacing skills.
- Project and team management capabilities.
Educational Requirements:
Candidates should have a degree in Master of Science (Technology), Master Of Comp. Applications, Master Of Technology, Master Of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology, or Bachelor of Engineering.
