Technology Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience working on Windows 2012/2016/2019 operating system including managing engineering, builds, patching, cluster build and management, and support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory servers, FSMO role, ADFS, PKI, and Azure AD.
- Ability to write PowerShell scripts and familiarity with AWS.
- Sound knowledge of Windows server systems and X86 architecture.
- Experience as a Systems Engineer for Windows server.
- Technical proficiency in a VMWare virtual environment (ESX5+).
- Strong scripting and automation skills, especially with PowerShell.
- Knowledge of CISCO UCS.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in a global operating environment.
- Eagerness for learning and engineering, including the ability to identify and address potential problems.
- Additional skills in C#, CHEF, or Ansible are advantageous.
- Understanding of infrastructure automation.
- Ability to work with incident/change/problem management systems.
- Good understanding and exposure to ITIL.
- Strong security experience.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
