Role Overview: The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will be part of the Finance & Strategy team, analyzing Imagen’s growing datasets. This role involves creating dashboards, collaborating with various teams, and communicating insights to influence business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards and reports for operational insights.
- Work with product owners and business users to refine data products.
- Create data models by cleaning and aggregating data from different sources.
- Analyze customer claims data to assess service impact on patient outcomes.
- Present results to stakeholders and work with cross-disciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare claims data and medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, DRG).
- Proficient in SQL, Python (pandas), and Git.
- Experience in developing business intelligence visualizations (e.g., Tableau dashboards).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Tableau.
- Experience with dbt.
- Knowledge of risk adjustment models.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 plus benefits.
- Compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, and location.
