Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems and employ analytical techniques to solve them effectively.
- Establish analytical frameworks for various business issues and drive outcomes while identifying skill gaps and recommending appropriate training and tools.
- Apply analytics and computational modeling to address business problems.
- Identify and define business requirements and priorities through thorough information gathering and analysis.
- Create data structures and database models based on business requirements, including parameterization, data flow, and mechanisms for data maintenance, storage, and retrieval.
- Develop a robust data strategy and support architectures, policies, practices, and procedures to facilitate effective data management and utilization within the business unit.
- Monitor and integrate emerging technology trends and developments, structured data gathering for the identification of new and emerging technological products, services, and techniques.
- Design or refine solution blueprints to guide the development of IT solutions in hardware, software, and processes to meet current and future business needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and needs by aligning them with the requirements and objectives of the Bank.
- Develop a test strategy and systematic test procedures to verify that delivery outcomes meet design specifications, performance, load, and volume levels.
- Ensure data integrity.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Develop individual talent by providing ongoing feedback and creating individual development plans to enable people to reach their full potential.
- Recognize current needs and identify problems to provide practical solutions in light of the big picture.

Education Qualification:
- Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
