Role/Job Title: HR Analytics Manager

Function/Department: Human Resources

Job Purpose:

As a part of the Employee Experience team, the individual will manage and utilize the Tableau platform to extract meaningful insights and share them with the business regularly. They will be responsible for collecting data from various sources, normalizing it, and identifying data gaps.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop new Tableau dashboards and maintain existing ones.
Utilize various data sources such as MS SQL, AWS, Dremio, etc., to develop Tableau dashboards leading to actionable business insights.
Document processes, data codes, repositories, requests, and maintain a logbook for audit and learning purposes.
Ensure seamless execution, increased productivity, first-time resolution (FTR), and error-free execution.
Drive automation to reduce manual calculations by automating dashboards.
Understand business requirements and plan solutions to address data needs.
Expertise in end-to-end dashboard design, from design/development to deployment and maintenance.
Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
Partner with IT teams and business units to access and develop data sources.
Define access control and implement security measures as required.
Improve overall processes in requirement gathering, data management, collection, and product lifecycle.
Actively manage Tableau performance and usability to achieve desired results.
Liaise with data & analytics teams to support the creation of prediction models.
