Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquiring current and savings accounts from the identified segment and generating references.
- Onboarding and activating customers on digital platforms.
- Assisting Senior Sales Manager in branch mapping exercises.
- Providing feedback to senior management on customer requirements and opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with sales guidelines and regulations.
- Conducting activities to acquire high-quality customers and enhance bank visibility.
- Collaborating with team members and support functions to offer products and services to customers.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining market awareness and understanding customer needs.
- Collaborating with other branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
